Taking the Inner Knowing coursework has been one of the most transformative experiences on my healing journey. Erica's presence, wisdom, and guidance have helped me reconnect to parts of myself I didn’t even realize I had forgotten. Her breathwork classes, especially, were the start of a deep unfolding for me—like opening a door I had been standing in front of for years but didn’t know how to walk through. There’s a grounded magic in the way she holds space that made me feel safe enough to explore my truth, trust my intuition, and begin healing from within. I’m so grateful I followed the nudge to say yes.

Awaken Your Inner Knowing blew me away. Literally. Erica is a gifted and incredible facilitator. She took us to places I didn't know existed! Her approach is highly accessible and she will give you as much content as you can handle. The class felt like a sacred space and I left every week feeling deeply connected and grateful. The after effects have been profound and I am thinking, feeling, and intuiting in a totally different way. Oh, and the things that I never actually believed could be real...they are!
